Briskman Briskman & Greenberg is a personal injury firm with offices in Chicago.

Challenge: Through a combination of marketing, client service and positive word of mouth, Briskman Briskman & Greenberg has established itself as a leading personal injury firm. Robert Briskman, a founding partner, is well-recognized as “the face” of the firm. However, Robert is transitioning out of this role.

While staying faithful to the firm’s brand, the site needed to establish a fresh, modern look and serve as a method for introducing partner Paul Greenberg as a contemporary to Robert Briskman. The site had to represented the firm’s preeminent position while being easy to navigate, informative and helpful to diverse clientele. And the redesign had to address usability issues that were the result of too much content and too little content organization. It was essential to re-organize content in a way that did not overwhelm visitors.

Solution: The redesigned site uses custom photography to bring the attorneys front and center. Paul Greenberg and Robert Briskman are portrayed both together and in solo shots throughout the site.

The site retains the firm’s established logo and colors for consistency but adds new, user-friendly interactive elements that clearly explain the law suit process and proactively answer common concerns. The site also introduces The Briskman Guarantee — a series of client service pledges. The combination of photography, content and modern, interactive elements creates an accessible, informative site and increased conversion.
